This was our double production lesson and during this lesson we were able to start to plan and research our chosen final piece production.

My group is a group of three, and we have chosen to produce a music video. Our chosen genre of music we want to produce is Pop, as we feel we coupld have fun when chosing outfits and when filming the video we can use a range of location and 'actors' to make it fun and exciting to watch.
We researched during this lesson using the laptops. We went onto www.youtube.com and watched different types of old 90's pop videos such as Britney Spears and S Club 7 which helped us decide on our final song. We then also produced a time schedule for our group to work by so we have deadlines for each part of the project therefore managing our time well and making sure we have enough time for editing our video a the end as this will be a difficult part of the project.
Our deadline being the 25th March 2010, gives us three months to work on our final production with our schedule plan I think think will help us complete it within the deadlines. We have decided to edit throughout march so we have enough time to make the technical side of the project (transitions and lip syncing etc) of a high quality. I think this will be the most challenging task, but according to our time schedule, if we put in a lot of effort we will produce a film of a high standard. I am excited about working on a project as it will be our last one which means I want to make sure it is the best one yet.
